The trial lesson is conducted individually and lasts for 45 minutes.

If you enjoyed the trial lesson, you can purchase a subscription by making a prepayment for at least 4 lessons.
The price of a 4-lesson subscription is $60.00 (the cost of one lesson is $15.00).
Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson's start time.

Course overview
Our online Spanish course is suitable for children and adults. You can start from scratch, return to lessons after a break, improve your speaking skills or get help with your school curriculum.
The programme includes preparatory, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Your teacher chooses a starting point based on your knowledge and goals.
One-to-one lessons last 45 minutes and take place in real time via Google Meet or Zoom. We agree on the schedule in advance. If needed, the teacher can explain the material in Russian, Ukrainian or English — we discuss this before lessons begin.
Our teachers hold university degrees and have experience working with children and adults.
We recommend two lessons a week, with homework between lessons. Students receive a certificate from the school after completing each level.
Teaching approach
Our approach to teaching Spanish is based on an individual learning programme. The teacher finds out what the student already knows and what they find difficult, discusses their learning goals and selects lesson materials.
Students use new words and grammar rules in speaking, reading and written work. For example, after listening to a dialogue, the student answers questions and tries creating their own responses. The teacher checks whether they can apply what they have learnt without prompts and uses this to plan the next lessons.

Preparatory level
Students are introduced to spoken Spanish, listening to and repeating simple words and phrases. They learn to greet others, introduce themselves, name colours and objects around them, and understand short questions.
Pictures, games and songs help children remember what they learn. Activities to recognise letters and read familiar words are gradually introduced. The pace depends on the child’s readiness.
Beginner level
Students learn to talk about themselves, their family and everyday activities, ask questions and have short conversations. They study the basic rules of Spanish and work on pronunciation.
They read short stories, listen to simple dialogues and answer questions about the content. Written tasks include forming sentences and writing messages and short descriptions.
Intermediate level
Students move from short answers to talking in more detail about events, plans and experiences. They explain their views, ask clarifying questions and learn to choose words that express their thoughts more precisely.
They read adapted stories and articles and discuss what they hear in audio recordings. They write short compositions and retellings, learning to organise their ideas logically, divide texts into paragraphs and check their work.
Advanced level
Students work with stories, articles and extracts from works by Spanish and Latin American authors. They study fixed expressions and more complex grammar points. In discussions, they learn to support their views with arguments and give detailed answers to questions.
Depending on their goals, students can focus more on compositions, business correspondence or exam preparation. With the teacher’s help, they edit their own texts: correcting mistakes, removing repetition and choosing appropriate wording.

How Spanish Lessons Are Conducted
Device for lessons: have a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone ready — a larger screen makes it easier to read Spanish texts and complete exercises. You can also join using a smartphone if needed.
Internet connection: check the connection in the room where you’ll be studying in advance. A stable connection will help you communicate without interruptions and access learning materials.
Lesson platform: lessons take place on Zoom or Google Meet. Open the meeting link in advance, install the app if needed and allow access to your camera and microphone.
Audio: choose a quiet place and have headphones with a microphone ready. During the lesson, you need to hear the teacher’s pronunciation clearly, and the teacher needs to hear you speak. At the start, check the audio together.
Study space: have a notebook and pen ready. Position the screen in front of you and adjust the lighting so you can read and write comfortably and the teacher can see your face clearly.
Lesson link: we’ll send it in advance by email or through a messaging app. If you haven’t received the message or the link won’t open, contact the administrator.

Before the lesson:
Explanations: your teacher explains new Spanish words and grammar rules using examples. You try forming your own sentences, and the teacher works through any mistakes with you and helps you correct them.
Questions: if a rule is unclear or you find it difficult to answer, ask for clarification. You can revisit a challenging question and practise with more examples.
Speaking practice: you speak Spanish with your teacher, talk about yourself, discuss familiar topics and act out everyday conversations. The teacher helps you find the right words and corrects your pronunciation.
Reading, writing and listening comprehension: you work with texts, listen to recordings and complete exercises on the lesson’s topic. If you need help with your school curriculum, you work through exercises from your own textbook.
Culture of Spanish-speaking countries: you learn about traditions, celebrations and everyday life. You discuss videos, songs and texts that your teacher chooses to suit your level and interests.
Lesson review: together with your teacher, you discuss what is going well and what needs revision. The teacher explains the homework and gives you guidance on completing it independently.
Materials for independent study: your teacher will send you assignments and texts in Spanish to review what you covered in the lesson. If needed, they will also choose audio or video material and explain how to use it at home.
Questions about assignments: make a note of words you do not understand and exercises you find difficult. In the next lesson, you can go through them with your teacher and clarify anything you are still unsure about.
For parents: help your child set aside time for homework and prepare the materials. Take an interest in what they have learnt, and recognise specific achievements, such as remembering a new word, answering a question or putting together a phrase on their own.

Preparatory
level
Age: 5 - 6 years
Modules
An introduction to the sounds of Spanish. We listen to and repeat simple words and phrases and learn to pronounce unfamiliar sounds.
First words: we learn to say hello, count and name colours and everyday objects. Pictures, games and songs help us remember new vocabulary.
Speaking practice: we introduce ourselves, answer simple questions and act out short dialogues with the teacher.
An introduction to the Spanish alphabet. When your child is ready, we move on to reading familiar words and simple phrases.
Beginner
level
Age: from 7 years old
Modules
Writing basics: we learn to write letters and familiar Spanish words. We label pictures and complete short tasks using an example as a guide.
New words and expressions on the topics “My Family”, “School”, “Animals”, “Food”, “Toys” and “Holidays”. We learn to use them in conversation.
Grammar basics: nouns, adjectives and verbs in the present tense. We learn to put words together correctly and form simple sentences.
Reading short stories, poems and fairy tales in Spanish. We answer questions about the texts and discuss the characters and events.
Writing: we create short descriptions and stories on familiar topics. We learn to write messages, greetings for cards and simple letters.
Speaking practice: we act out everyday dialogues with the teacher, asking and answering questions. We tell stories based on pictures and learn to describe events in a logical order.
Intermediate
level
Age: from 10 years old
Modules
Spanish grammar: present, past and future tenses, pronouns and prepositions. We learn to make nouns and adjectives agree in gender and number and apply the rules in speaking and writing.
Reading adapted stories, fables and informative texts in Spanish. We discuss the content, identify the main idea and retell what we have read in our own words.
Writing: we write short compositions and retellings in Spanish. We learn to organise our ideas logically, divide texts into paragraphs and check our work.
Listening comprehension in Spanish: we listen to stories, dialogues and songs. We answer questions, discuss what we have heard and learn to pick out important details.
Advanced
level
Age: from 12 years old
Modules
Speaking: we discuss different topics with the teacher in Spanish, learn to support our opinions with arguments and prepare short talks. We work on pronunciation.
Grammar: we learn to build complex sentences, give reasons, explain purposes and express conditions. We study verb constructions and use them in conversation and writing assignments.
Reading stories and extracts from works by Spanish and Latin American authors. We discuss the plot, characters and use of language. We learn about the traditions and history of Spanish-speaking countries.
Written work: compositions, short articles and reviews of what we have read. We learn to structure texts, present arguments and edit our work. Preparation for Spanish tests and exams.
On the Spanish course, children learn to understand others, talk about familiar topics, read and write. The teacher chooses material suited to each child’s age and level, gradually introducing more challenging tasks. They also help schoolchildren work through topics from their textbooks and prepare for class tests and quizzes.
