Clothing and space: choose clothing that lets you move comfortably. Have a yoga mat ready and clear enough space to move freely.
A device with a camera and microphone: a computer or tablet will work. A larger screen makes it easier to follow the instructor’s movements. Position the camera so the instructor can see your whole body both when you are standing and when you are exercising on the mat.
Sound: check that you can hear the instructor clearly when you are away from the device. You can use speakers or wireless headphones that stay comfortable as you move.
Independent practice: between lessons, repeat familiar exercises your instructor has selected for home practice.
Time to practise: start with short sessions at a time that suits you. Discuss how long and how often to practise with your instructor.
Questions for your next lesson: tell your instructor which movements you found difficult. During the lesson, you can go through them again together.

Course Overview
Our online yoga course is designed for teenagers and adults. You can start with no previous experience or continue your practice if you are already familiar with yoga. The programme includes three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Your instructor will help you choose the right level based on your experience and goals.
During lessons, you will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation, and work on flexibility, strength, and balance. The instructor demonstrates movements, explains the technique, and observes your practice. Classes take place online in real time, so you can ask questions and receive guidance straight away.
Our Teaching Approach
At the start of the course, the instructor discusses the student’s experience, goals, and any restrictions on physical activity. They use this information to select exercises and set the pace of the lessons. The main focus is on body alignment in yoga poses, breathing, and transitions between movements.
New exercises are introduced gradually. If a pose is still challenging, the instructor offers a simpler variation and explains what to work on. Between lessons, you can repeat familiar exercises selected for independent practice.
Benefits of Our Approach
Clear explanations: the instructor demonstrates how to position your arms, legs, and torso, explains the sequence of movements, and guides you through each exercise.
Your own pace: the difficulty and intensity of the exercises are adjusted to the student’s fitness level and how they feel during the class.
Independent practice: you learn exercises during lessons that you can repeat at home as recommended by your instructor.
Age-appropriate classes: exercises and their duration are chosen to suit teenagers and adults. Classes for younger children can be discussed with the instructor.
Continuing your practice: once you have learned the basics, you can explore new poses and breathing exercises and work on flexibility, strength, and balance.
Online format: you practise at home according to an agreed schedule. Position the camera so the instructor can see your whole body, both when standing and when exercising on the mat.
Feedback: the instructor observes your movements, suggests adjustments, and demonstrates the exercise again when needed.
Beginner Level
The beginner level is suitable for those who have never practised yoga. Students are introduced to basic poses, breathing exercises, and short meditation sessions. The instructor explains how to position the body in each pose, what to pay attention to, and how to coordinate movement with breathing. Exercises are performed at an unhurried pace, with time to pause and ask questions.
Intermediate Level
The intermediate level is designed for students who are already familiar with the basics of yoga. More challenging poses and movement sequences are introduced. Students work on strength, mobility, and balance, and learn to maintain steady breathing during exercises. Lessons also continue to explore meditation and the basic concepts of yoga philosophy.
Advanced Level
At the advanced level, students refine their technique in familiar poses and learn more challenging variations suited to their abilities. Greater attention is given to precise movement, stability in poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. The instructor helps students put together sequences for independent practice and choose an appropriate level of intensity. Students can continue practising with the instructor after completing the programme.
Course Goals
Yoga basics: learn basic yoga poses and explore breathing exercises and meditation.
Flexibility and strength: strengthen muscles, develop flexibility and endurance, and gradually increase the intensity to suit your fitness level.
Breathing: learn to breathe steadily and freely and coordinate your breath with movement.
Body alignment and balance: learn to pay attention to the position of your torso, arms, and legs, and maintain stability in poses and during transitions.
Awareness and concentration: learn to focus on movement and breathing and notice how your body feels during exercises.
Relaxation: learn exercises that help you relax and release tension after everyday activities.
Regular practice: make yoga part of your routine and learn exercises you can practise on your own.
Benefits of Online Yoga Lessons
Online classes allow you to practise yoga at home and receive guidance from your instructor as you perform the exercises. The intensity can be adapted to your level, gradually introducing new movements and allowing more time for anything you find challenging.
Flexibility and mobility
During lessons, you practise bends, twists, and stretches. The instructor helps you choose a manageable variation and gradually work on your range of motion, without trying to achieve a difficult pose straight away.
Strength and endurance
Holding poses and moving between them engages the muscles in your legs, arms, back, and abdomen. The duration of exercises and the number of repetitions are chosen to suit the student’s fitness level.
Breathing awareness and time to relax
During practice, you learn to notice how you breathe and coordinate your breath with movement. Breathing exercises and meditation offer a chance to set aside everyday tasks and focus on the class.
Balance and coordination
In balancing poses, you learn to distribute your body weight and stay steady. Exercise sequences help you coordinate your movements and transition from one pose to another.
Understanding your abilities
Over time, you notice which exercises feel easier, where you can hold your balance for longer, and which movements still need attention. This helps you recognise your own progress without comparing yourself with others.
Time for yourself
Scheduled classes help you regularly set aside time for movement and a break from everyday concerns. There is no need to travel to a studio — simply prepare your mat, clear some space, and join your instructor online.
During your first lesson, you will meet the instructor, discuss your goals, and try some basic exercises. Together, you will decide on a suitable pace and a programme for future lessons.
