Account and Data Deletion — MC Teacher

This page describes how a user of the MC Teacher application (developer — INTERSCHOOL ONLINE, Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Anatoliiovych Nochovkin) can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Since sign-in to the Application is performed via the teacher's Google work account, there is no separate account creation or deletion form within the Application itself. A deletion request is submitted by email.

Steps:

1. Open your email client using the same email address that you use to sign in to the Application (@montessori.ua or another domain of your institution).
2. Compose a new email to: interschool@interschool.online.
3. In the subject line, enter: «MC Teacher account deletion» (or the same wording in your language).
4. In the message body, indicate your email address in the Application (the same one from which you are sending the email).

The request is processed without undue delay, no later than 30 days from receipt. The period may be extended by up to a further 60 days if the request requires additional verification — in that case we will inform you of the extension. Upon completion of processing you will receive a confirmation to the same email address.

What data will be deleted

The following data is deleted from the Application's systems and the INTERSCHOOL ONLINE platform upon request:

• session tokens of your sign-in to the Application;
• FCM tokens of your devices (used for push notifications);
• your local data on the device — you can clear it yourself: sign out of the account in the Application (Menu → Sign out), or uninstall the Application, or in Android system settings choose «Apps → MC Teacher → Storage → Clear data»;
• the record linking your email address (@montessori.ua or another domain of your institution) to your Google account in the Application's service systems, used for authentication.

What data is retained

The teacher's account and the related work data in the educational institution's information system (the schedule of conducted lessons, student attendance marks, data on professional activity) are not automatically deleted by a request submitted via this page, because:

• this data resides in the institution's own information system, not in the Application;
• the institution is an independent controller of this data and processes it on lawful bases (employment relations, accounting of educational activity, requirements of educational legislation);
• the periods and procedure of its retention are determined by the institution's own policy.

To request deletion of such data, you need to contact your educational institution directly (in the case of Montessori Center — the school administration).

In addition, technical records of operations performed within the Application (for example, registration of devices for push notifications) are retained in internal service logs and are used exclusively for diagnostics and security purposes. These records are not published and are not transferred to third parties.
