"Preparatory" Level
The preparatory level is intended for children aged 5 years. At this stage, students get acquainted with the basic elements of ballet and develop basic dance skills. Classes are held in a game form, which helps children to get involved in the learning process. The main attention is paid to the development of a sense of rhythm, coordination of movements and flexibility. Children learn the basic positions of the hands and feet, as well as simple dance combinations. Such classes contribute to general physical development, increased self-confidence and social adaptation.
"Beginner" Level
The beginner level of the course is designed for students who are just starting their acquaintance with ballet and do not have basic skills. At this level, children study the basic movements and techniques of ballet, such as plie, batman and releve. Lessons include work at the machine, in the middle of the hall and on the floor, which helps to develop correct posture, strength and flexibility. Classes are also aimed at developing musicality and understanding of rhythm, which is a key element for all dance styles.
"Intermediate" Level
The intermediate level is intended for students with basic training in ballet. At this stage, more complex combinations and movements are studied, such as grand batman, adagio and jumps. Students begin to work on expressiveness and artistry, which includes the interpretation of musical works through dance. Classes also include elements of choreography, which allows students to create their own dance compositions. Special attention is paid to the technique of performing movements and improving physical endurance.
"Advanced" Level
The advanced level of the course is intended for experienced dancers who already master the basic and intermediate techniques of ballet. The program includes the study of complex choreographic productions, such as variations from classical ballets, work on points and complex jumping techniques. Students work on the development of individual style, artistry and stagecraft. Classes are aimed at preparing for performances at competitions and festivals, as well as improving professional skills and physical fitness.
