"Preparatory" Level
The preparatory level is intended for children aged 5 years. At this stage, students get acquainted with the basic elements of ballet and develop basic dance skills. Classes are held in a game form, which helps children to get involved in the learning process. The main attention is paid to the development of a sense of rhythm, coordination of movements and flexibility. Children learn the basic positions of the hands and feet, as well as simple dance combinations. Such classes contribute to general physical development, increased self-confidence and social adaptation.
"Beginner" Level
The beginner level of the course is designed for students who are just starting their acquaintance with ballet and do not have basic skills. At this level, children study the basic movements and techniques of ballet, such as plie, batman and releve. Lessons include work at the machine, in the middle of the hall and on the floor, which helps to develop correct posture, strength and flexibility. Classes are also aimed at developing musicality and understanding of rhythm, which is a key element for all dance styles.
"Intermediate" Level
The intermediate level is intended for students with basic training in ballet. At this stage, more complex combinations and movements are studied, such as grand batman, adagio and jumps. Students begin to work on expressiveness and artistry, which includes the interpretation of musical works through dance. Classes also include elements of choreography, which allows students to create their own dance compositions. Special attention is paid to the technique of performing movements and improving physical endurance.
"Advanced" Level
The advanced level of the course is intended for experienced dancers who already master the basic and intermediate techniques of ballet. The program includes the study of complex choreographic productions, such as variations from classical ballets, work on points and complex jumping techniques. Students work on the development of individual style, artistry and stagecraft. Classes are aimed at preparing for performances at competitions and festivals, as well as improving professional skills and physical fitness.
Course Goals
Mastering Basic Choreography: Learn fundamental choreography techniques and movements that form the foundation for various dance styles. This includes studying positions, basic steps, and movements, enabling students to understand the core principles of choreography and prepare for more advanced dance elements.
Developing Rhythm and Coordination: Improve movement coordination and sense of rhythm through diverse dance techniques. Exercises focus on synchronizing movements with musical rhythm, enhancing overall coordination and helping students confidently move to the music.
Increasing Physical Activity: Promote a healthy lifestyle and improve physical fitness through regular dance training. This includes cardio exercises, muscle strengthening, and overall physical endurance, contributing to general health improvement and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Learning Dance Techniques: Study key movements and techniques of modern dance styles, such as hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary. This involves learning specific steps, transitions, and poses characteristic of each style, helping to expand students' dance repertoire and enhance their skills.
Building Self-Confidence: Foster the growth of confidence and positive self-image through participation in dance performances and training. By gradually increasing the complexity of dance routines and participating in public performances, students learn to overcome fears and believe in their abilities.
Improving Flexibility and Endurance: Develop physical flexibility and endurance through intensive training. This includes stretching exercises and special dance workouts aimed at increasing joint flexibility and overall body endurance, enhancing the execution of dance movements.
Instilling Discipline: Cultivate diligence, discipline, and persistence through regular training and practice. The course program aims to develop students' habit of systematic practice and the ability to achieve set goals through hard work and self-discipline.
Benefits of Online Ballet Lessons
Individual Approach: One of the main advantages of online ballet lessons is the ability to personalize the learning experience. Teachers can adapt the program to the individual needs and skill levels of each student. This allows children and adults to learn at their own pace, facilitating a deeper understanding of the material and successful mastery of dance techniques.
Flexibility and Convenience: Online ballet lessons offer incredible flexibility regarding time and location of classes. Parents and students can choose a convenient time for lessons, which is especially important for busy families or those living in remote areas. A flexible schedule allows integrating lessons into daily life without disrupting other important activities.
Access to Qualified Instructors: Online classical dance education provides the opportunity to study with highly qualified instructors, regardless of their location. This is particularly important for those without access to quality ballet lessons in their region. Our teachers have significant experience and high qualifications, ensuring a high level of education.
Developing Independence: Online ballet lessons promote the development of self-learning and time management skills in both children and adults. Students learn to plan their time, complete assignments, and find necessary resources. These skills are useful not only in dance but also in everyday life.
Interactive and Multimedia Materials: Utilizing modern technologies makes the learning process more interesting and engaging. Interactive platforms, video lessons, virtual classrooms, and other multimedia materials help better understand and master complex dance movements and techniques.
Increasing Physical Activity: Online ballet lessons contribute to a healthy lifestyle and improved physical fitness through regular training. Ballet helps develop flexibility, coordination, and endurance, strengthening muscles and enhancing overall physical preparation.
Building Self-Confidence: Ballet lessons help build self-confidence and improve well-being. Participating in dance performances and training boosts confidence and positive self-image, which is crucial for personal development.
Social Interaction: Despite the remote format, online courses offer opportunities to interact with other students and teachers through forums, chats, and group projects. This helps develop teamwork skills and share experiences, leading to a deeper understanding of the material and development of social skills.
Conclusion: Online ballet lessons are an effective and convenient way to receive quality education, develop dance skills, and prepare for performances. The individual approach, flexibility, access to qualified teachers, and use of interactive teaching methods make this format attractive and effective for all students. These lessons help develop essential dance and social skills, ensuring successful learning and personal growth.
