Trial Lesson
If you wish to book a trial lesson for classical guitar, you need to schedule and pay $6.
The trial lesson is conducted individually and lasts for 45 minutes.
Subscription
If you enjoyed the trial lesson, you can purchase a subscription by making a prepayment for at least 4 lessons.
The price of a 4-lesson subscription is $56 (the cost of one lesson is $14).
Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson's start time.

Course Overview
The classical guitar course is conducted online and is designed for children aged 6 and older, as well as adults with no age restrictions. In our classical guitar course, you will learn to play your favorite melodies, jazz, and contemporary guitar pieces, as well as master reading music. We have developed a training program divided into levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. A preparatory level is available for children from 6 years old.
Each guitar lesson lasts 45 minutes and is conducted individually. Our instructors teach in Russian, Ukrainian, and English, offering students the choice of language for their lessons. The guitar lesson schedule is tailored individually for each student, considering their availability and preferences to maximize convenience.
We conduct our online classical guitar lessons on the best platforms - Google Meet and Zoom. Our guitar teachers are highly educated in music, have extensive experience, and many are active performing musicians.
The frequency of online classical guitar lessons is tailored individually for each student. We recommend attending lessons at least twice a week to ensure steady progress and to make learning not too challenging. This way, the student doesn't have a long gap until the next lesson, and the material is easily and effectively assimilated.
Students of our school participate in concerts, competitions, and masterclasses, after which each participant receives a diploma or certificate confirming their level of knowledge and musical skills. Additionally, students are awarded a certificate upon completing each module and level.
Description of Methodology
The teaching method for classical guitar is an original program by the Montessori Center, aimed at the individual achievements of each student and suitable for both children and adults.
Our method is based on setting specific musical goals for students from the beginning of their education. These goals are musical pieces of a certain level of complexity, mastering which becomes the student's task for that period of learning. Instead of standard exams and tests, the assessment of skills is conducted through performances at concerts and participation in music competitions, where a successful performance confirms the achievement of the set goal.

Preparatory Level
The preparatory program for classical guitar is designed for children from the age of 6. In these early years, young students in online guitar lessons are introduced to the basics of musical theory, proper hand positioning, and primarily, they start playing from the first lessons. The development of correct skills and gradual mastery of basic guitar techniques form the foundation and key components of guitar artistry. The earlier a child begins guitar training, the greater their chances of developing high-level performance skills!
Beginner Level
At the beginner stage, students fully absorb the basics of musical theory and learn to read guitar notes and tablatures, forming the foundation of their musical education. This period includes mastering rhythm, melody, and various musical signs necessary for the correct performance of musical pieces. By the end of this course, students can play simple classical and modern compositions, possessing basic guitar techniques and coping with pieces of beginner-level complexity.
Intermediate Level
At the intermediate level, students acquire all the key skills needed to perform more complex guitar compositions. Special attention is given to developing guitar techniques, performance confidence, and musical expressiveness. Advanced Level

The link to the lesson will be sent to you in advance via email or any messenger.

Set up your gadget for the online lesson in front of the student so that the teacher can see not only the student's face but also their hands and entire torso.
Enter the Zoom or Google Meet app through the lesson link a few minutes before it starts, so you have a chance to resolve any technical issues if they arise.

Ilya Bily is a teacher of classical guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, and drums at the Montessori Center. He graduated from the Kiev Municipal Academy of Music named after R.M. Glier in the guitar class and is receiving a master's degree in music art at the Boris Grinchenko University in Kiev, specializing in sound directing.
Ilya teaches all types of guitars, as well as gives drum lessons online. The teacher actively participates in concerts and festivals, performs as part of a group, and sets an example for his students with his personal performance. In online lessons, Ilya works individually with children and adults. Ilya's pedagogical repertoire is very wide - from jazz to rock, the best hits of modern popular music, jazz standards, a huge selection of compositions in any styles and musical genres.
Ilya's students participate in competitions and concerts, win prizes, and become real musicians, playing on stage for listeners or at home for relatives and friends. Ilya teaches in Russian, Ukrainian, or English.
Anzhelika Udod
Guitar teacher
Anzhelika is a teacher of classical guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele at the Montessori center. She graduated from the Sumy Professional College of Arts and Culture named after D.S. Bortnyansky specializing in guitar. She is currently pursuing a second degree in "Sound Directing" at the Kyiv University named after Boris Grinchenko.
Anzhelika is professionally proficient in all types of guitars and teaches both adults and children in online classes. Anzhelika's teaching repertoire is very broad - from classics to jazz and contemporary music.
Anzhelika's students from all over the world are winners of music competitions, holders of grand prix and laureates. Some students take advantage of Anzhelika's unique multi-instrumentality and study several types of guitars, transitioning from classical guitar to electric guitar and bass, as well as learning the specifics of playing the ukulele, while still remaining with their teacher. Angelika conducts lessons in Russian, Ukrainian, or English.

Guitar teacher Alexander Savin is a teacher of classical guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele at the Montessori Center. He graduated from the R. M. Glière Kiev Municipal Academy of Music with a degree in "Musical Art".
Alexander teaches both children and adults. In his individual guitar lessons, he applies the main method of M. Montessori - to inspire and teach the student to learn, because in musical art, independent practice at home without a teacher is essential.
Alexander is an active musician, actively engaged in performing activities, gives concerts as part of several ensembles, is the leader and frontman of his own group, records songs, and releases albums.

Artem teaches playing all types of guitars - classical guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele. In his lessons, he often plays in an ensemble with students, demonstrating techniques, technical secrets, and devotes time to studying music theory.
Artem's students perform a diverse range of music. The instruction begins with simple melodies, and then progresses based on the student's musical tastes - Artem teaches various music styles.

Vladimir Soroka

Vladimir Soroka has been a teacher of classical guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele at the Montessori center since 2015. He graduated from the R. M. Gliere Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music, the pop-jazz department, with a specialty in guitar.
Vladimir teaches all types of guitars to both children and adults and is a virtuoso performer himself. His students play in bands, acquiring skills not only on classical guitar but also on electric guitar, bass, and ukulele. Vladimir is a multi-instrumentalist, proficient in both drums and keyboards, so he can accompany his students on another instrument and conduct ensemble rehearsals.

The Classical Guitar Course Program is designed for children aged 7 and above, as well as adults with no age restrictions. The program includes three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Upon completion of each level, students receive a certificate. At the Beginner level, students start from scratch if they have never studied before. The Intermediate and Advanced levels require some preparation. Children aged 6 years start at the Preparatory level.
