Account and data deletion — MC Meet
This page explains how a user of the MC Meet application (developer — INTERSCHOOL ONLINE, sole proprietor Serhii Nochovkin) can request deletion of their account and the data associated with it.
Who has an account in the Application
A student has no account. To join a lesson, the student opens the teacher's personal link and types a name for the lesson. No registration is required and no record about the student is created on the Application's side. The data that stays on the phone (the lesson name, the chosen language, a technical device marker) is removed together with the Application or by clearing its data in the phone settings: “Apps → MC Meet → Storage → Clear data”.
A teacher signs in with the school's work Google account. There is no separate registration in the Application, so a deletion request is made by e-mail.
How to request deletion
Steps:
- Open your mail client using the same address you sign in with (an
@montessori.uaaddress or another domain of your school). - Write to: interschool@interschool.online.
- Use the subject: “MC Meet account deletion” (any language is fine).
- In the message, state your address in the Application (the same one you are writing from).
The request is handled without undue delay and no later than 30 days from receipt. The period may be extended by up to 60 more days if the request needs additional verification — we will tell you if that happens. You will receive a confirmation at the same address.
What will be deleted
- the pass and session markers of your sign-in, including the binding of your e-mail address to the host role;
- entries carrying your name in the server's lesson journal (the journal is kept for no longer than 30 days anyway and is cleaned automatically);
- the data on your device — you can also remove it yourself by uninstalling the Application or clearing its data in the phone settings.
What is retained
The teacher's account and work records in the school's information system (the registry of rooms and teachers, schedules, educational records) are not deleted by this request, because:
- they live in the school's own information system, not in the Application;
- the school is a separate controller of that data and processes it on its own legal basis;
- the retention periods and rules are set by the school itself.
To have that data deleted, contact your school directly (for Montessori Center — the school administration).
Lesson audio, video, messages and files do not need deleting: the Application does not record them and the server does not store them — they exist only during the lesson.
Technical crash reports are not tied to a person and are deleted when the reporting service's retention period ends (normally up to 90 days).
A full description of the data categories, purposes and legal bases is in the Privacy Policy.
